1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At House of Williams Studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at support@houseofwilliamsstudio.com.

14-Day Return Request Period

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request an eligible return.

To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:

Unused and unopened
In the same condition in which it was received
In its original packaging, where applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

A return must be approved by House of Williams Studio before it is sent back.

Please do not return products to the address shown on the shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Some products are shipped directly by our fulfillment partners, and the correct return location may be different from the original shipping location.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, tested, unsealed or otherwise altered from their original condition.

These may include, where permitted by applicable law:

Fragrance oils, essential oils, massage oils, body oils, lotions, creams, soaps, bath products, body-care products, cosmetics, personal-care products and other hygiene-sensitive merchandise.

Products marked final sale, clearance items, personalized/custom products, and gift cards may also be non-returnable unless required otherwise by applicable law.

This restriction does not eliminate any rights you may have when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact support@houseofwilliamsstudio.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your:

Full name • Order number • Description of the problem • Clear photographs of the item • Photographs of the packaging • Photograph of the shipping label when applicable

Please keep the affected product and packaging while we investigate your claim.

After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy as appropriate.

Returns

To request a return, email:

Include your name, order number, item you wish to return, and reason for the request.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions regarding where and how the product should be returned.

Do not send a return without authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may significantly delay processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or we are otherwise responsible for the return, customers may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return resulted from an error for which House of Williams Studio is responsible.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome.

If approved, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account after we issue it.

Exchanges

Because inventory availability can change, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or ask you to return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact support@houseofwilliamsstudio.com immediately.

We will attempt to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment, processing, packing, or shipping.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
